In an age of widespread and chronic stress, we become burdened without being conscious of the impact on our well-being. Reiki helps by releasing our stress and fear and by activating our own innate healing mechanisms.
Aislyn believes that Reiki is vital to our health and well-being and that Reiki is for everyone.
In her spare time, Aislyn paddles outrigger canoes, volunteers, hikes, or is in one way or another engaged
in the world in the pursuit of lifelong learning. She holds a Master's of Arts in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development from Hawai'i Pacific University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Interdisiplinary Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College.
